Missing NPC error thrown: starting char in Windurst Woods

Hi,

First I want to say I love what you guys are doing. Keep up the great work!

Here's the issue: When a character is created in Windurst and the initial loading zone is Windurst Woods the following error is thrown:

[Warning] Server need NPC <17764536>

It is a warning and not an error. It is usually harmless and indicates that something/one is missing from the database.

Except then Nanaa Mihgo doesn't show up in the starting cutscene, which doesn't progress. I wasn't able to fix it in twenty minutes of tinkering and it wasn't a huge priority, so I ignored it.
