Weight Doors for ZM12 The Mithra and the Crystal

The weighted door for Zilart Mission 12 is not calculating the weight correctly. It is the one found in Quicksand Caves (K-8). On wiki, it states "The weight sensor takes 1 Galka, 3 Tarutaru, or 2 of any other combination to trigger. Also, any single character with a loadstone can enter". My group consisted of 3 Tarutaru and 1 Hume. We would stand on the switch, but the door would never open. We finally asked for helped and a Elvaan stopped by to help us trigger the door. It seems as if the Tarutaru weight is not being calculated at all.
