3001 Error

Hey guys

So I've read around the forum and still haven't gotten a clear fix for my problem.

I am unable to get onto my server. When I choose my character it says downloading and then I get the 3001 error. I was told to wait 2-5 minuets but it's now been 7 hours and still nothing.

Any help?

Delete your character's entry in the account_sessions table. If nobody else is on, you can just truncate the whole table and/or restart the game server.

You probably reset your zoneip in zone_settings so try fixing that next.

Are you trying to log into the same machine using an external address?

I have a dedicated server for the FFXI server. So I am using an external address.

re you able to check to see if you can connect? Maybe it's just my machine: 108.60.219.3 - the ip to the server

I can connect to the lobby server and create a character, but its not passing me to the game server. Could I see some logs of what the game server is doing when you try to log in? If its not saying anything then there is still a problem with your zoneip

Damn, well all the Game server says is [Debug] UpdateWeather Finished
or [Info] Pinging SQL server to keep connection alive....
