Lobbydata Error

Hi guys im getting this error evertime i try to log in.

any advice? the server is running thru VMWare.

and the client running from actual pc.

I had a weird issue like this, and basically just killed the .exe for COnnect server, and basically wound up remaking my server. - JDL

Sadly no luck. one else have an idea?

i got that error when i tried to install my server on another machine, and copied pol directory from one to another to avoid update/checking. I ended up deleting 4 files from install and repair it, that solved the same error.

BUT it seems to be the "everything that don't work and no one really knows why goes in" error.

that one's pretty normal, new characters have to try to login a bunch of times before it works

It depends on what boot loader you are trying to sue as to how normal that is. If you are trying to use the original ffxi-boot or ffxi-boot_mod prior to v3 then that is normal on character creation. Using mXI or ffxi-boot_mod v3, you shouldn't have that issue.
