I also found, that after the chars that were created during the issue, I had to go into Char_Pet_Name, had to add the char ID, and leave all 0's, this allowed my created charactors to connect.

char_pet_name is replaced with char_pet, if your src is still looking for char_pet_name then you didn't rebuild the game server
