can someone tell me where to put the ah tool file

its a .rar file and im not sure where to put it or how to use it. any help on this would be greatly appreciated

you have to extract it with winrar
you can download it by googling winrar.
or clicking here http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Also which ah tool are you using?

thanks i just figured that out had a fresh windows install lost all my tools
