Error code:POL-1160 problem

Hello, while following the steps to update my Desktop Client to work, I came across the Error code:POL-1160. It checks for files, then asks for repair. Once I click repair files it gives me

Error code:POL-1160. Network is busy or there are connection problems. Please try again later or verify that cables, networking devices, and network settings are properly configured.

Everything on my end as far as network/ISP/internet works fine. Maybe POL is down at the moment? Let me know what you think. Thanks!

PS: My System is Win 7 Ultimate 64bit OS. / . Steam Version of FFXI. Has worked beautifully in the past.

/facepalm....... Problem has been resolved.

My Solution: Turn off Any Firewalls or Anti-virus programs. Such as Peerblock. After doing so will allow POL to connect for file repair. Sorry for bother!.

I also want to mention that adding POL/FFXI to windows firewall exceptions and running all programs as Administrator will help eliminate any future problems.
