They require a bit more work than adding some stats to the DB. I'll look at adding a method to the gear set system for these types of gear.

they already have all the methods, just nobody has put them in the item_latent table yet

i never bothered, since they're not even obtainable yet anyways

No worries. Reverted those rings so they can be implemented as latents. I need to learn the latents system.
