This has been happening for months on my server, reported by 20 different people at least. It's not a real problem, we laugh at it.

The airship in port bastok flying through the bridge, on the ohter hand, means you can't cross the bridge pretty much ever.

Its a fly-by Stick out your thumb and hitch a ride!! Just hope Ultima doesn't jump off it as it goes by...

You're supposed to see it approaching windurst, like you see it in rolanberry fields etc but it really shouldn't be so close ...
maybe it's the anim which is wrong or pos (but it should be retail) or it's just not supported...
Does it appears @ the hours the ship is arriving / departing in or from windurst?

When I exit into west sarutabaruta it spawns every time
all i have to do is go in and out the gate.
