I have a fresh server that I am playing around with and noticed that a lot of zones that I enter into result in pol.exe crashing. I have to go into the database and change the location of my character to be able to log in again. Is there something I am doing wrong? Or do some zones just not work? If that's the case, is there a list?
My client is also fresh. Installed directly from my retail software and followed all of the patching very smoothly. Didn't have any issues until these crashes.
Thanks!

That's news to me, most if not all zones should let you in, are you going in via "natural" means or using GM commands?

I read some of the information wrong. The Rise of Zilart zones are not working it would seem. That seems odd though that those zones aren't working whereas the expansions after are. =P I'm still excited to have a private server.

Do you have them enabled in /scripts/settings.lua ?

All zones work fine in the sense you can load into them. However you may not see mobs in some of them, you may load in a weird spot in some of them etc as not all of them are scripted.
As kjLotus said though, this sounds like your client is outdated if you are crashing on zoning.
