Missing Patch File.

Sorry just found your site and having an issue configuring my client to play. In step three the FXI-Updatepatch.zip file is missing from the link, just get a 403 error from google, and i am not sure if what i found on the forums is the correct one. Does anyone have correct file or a link to it so i can continue my set up. Thank you.
