hey guys i'm new in this Web

and i buying VPS to make FFXI server

and if i running DSgame-server.exe in linux

it's working but i can login into lobby and create char but if i login stuck at [ Download Data ...# ]

i think the problem from this Picture



please i need help

That happens because I didn't add weather table entries for the new zones. its harmless and doesn't effect your game.

There are many, many things that can get you stuck at "downloading data". Most of them have been covered on these forums multiple times.

Do your characters ever reach the map server at all - does anything about the character get mentioned in the console log, when you are trying to log in the character? Verified zone settings IP is correct? ports not blocked? Hairpin if logging in from LAN on a server you are running a server that is set up for external access? Just to name a few things to check.

Old post, but if you load the new zone_weather.sql file you shouldn't see those weather errors anymore on startup.
