Interesting issue

Currently updated to the latest patch files and rev. Was playing most the day with no issues. Alot of @zone and @speed during my gameplay. At some point i ported to Xarcabard and ever since after numerous server restarts there appears to be no mobs in any zone. Anyone else have this issue? If so help is much appreciated. Thx
