Using old cure formula = 0 HP cures.

I set my server to use the old cure formula and realized Cure III/Cure IV are casting 0 hp cures from a paladin, didn't try with any other class, but I'm assuming the same.

I have old school cure formula enabled too. I recover 0 hp with Cure I :(

should really create a new issue on github for this as there isn't one already (though it's nice to see you searched the forums first)
