Hello - I've noticed that over time I am required to start this server as players/users will be complaining they they are stuck in a screen that says 'downloading data...' that is black on FFXI.
The other two servers work typically without issue. I do notice when I restart the game server completely, it works once it's back up. My question is, is there a way to fully prevent this all together?

what are you seeing on the game server when they are stuck on "downloading data"?
