Can't Equip Quested Items

I don't know if this is known, general or quest specific but:

When completing "In a Pickle" in Windurst Waters from Chamama, upon completing the quest you receive 200 gil and a Bone Hairpin. The Bone Hairpin shows up in your inventory but not in the equipment. If you try to equipped the item right there, you cant. It doesn't show up in any equipment slot. However, after you zone you can now equipped the item.

Like I said I dont know if this is a known issue or if its quest specific. I'll try another quest once to see if i can reproduce the results.

Its a weird bug, but a known one. Manually sorting your inventory can fix it.
