To temporarily stop the CNavMesh errors in West Ronfaure (Zone 100), I have commented out in mob_spawn_points.sql the 7 mobs that cause the error.
This is a known error that hasn't been resolved. See viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1563&p=7766&hilit=CNavMesh#p7766 from September 2013.
This is a temporary fix until the issue can be resolved.

the other option is to turn off navmesh movement

I just comment out the debug prints. I don't care that a monster couldn't find a path!
