Some Monsters Are Invisible & Not Targetable

So I feel like I'm spamming the troubleshooting forum. >_<; Don't hate me.

I restarted my server and some of the monsters are not loading visibly. They're there though because if I run past a goblin, it attacks me. However, I can't see it or target it. If it attacks me and shows on my target, I can attack it back. However, I cannot target it or attack it until then. I can't "/target Goblin" it either. I restarted my server again and same thing. I'm getting this issue on three different clients. It wasn't doing this yesterday. Worked fine.

Ideas?

Currently getting reports of this in multiple zones on my server. I think some models are fubbed.
