DNS over IP to connect

Hey guys,

Well since I do not have a consistent public IP, since my Ip pretty much changes every time I get online. I was wondering where would the best place to get a free DNS name for people to connect to my server. I am very leary of doing a google search to find one as I don't want anyone unauthorized to get into my machine or steal data from people connected to my server. If anyone can point me to a trusted one that has a free option I would greatly appreciate it.
