PS: Anyone know how I can check which cs numbers are valid without running cs 1, cs 2, cs 3, etc? Since it seems that there can be over 31k potential through one by one increments. Just to see which values actually have a cs, I will check the cs content by hand.

You interpreted all of the fields in that specific keyvalue pair correctly -- that is exactly what they mean. It is easily possible to dump all zones so if you want to let me know specifically what zones you would like dumps for, I can do that for you within the next few days.

At the moment, I am still working on my set of tools to parse specific types of DAT files. In other words, not very actively, but every once in a while I do get inspired to sit down and work on it when I have time. A lot of additions and/or updates will be released with my tool. When I am happy with it, you will be able to find binary and source code on Github.

There are a few things I would mention for any dumps generated by my tool. The first tool originally written by Kegsay did not have the event structure correct and also looked for specific bytes that actually prevented it from parsing all Npcs with events. All Npcs with events are now dumped. The other thing is that I was able to figure out the structure for zone-related events not paired with specific Npcs (e.g. Battlefields such as Divine Might and the New Character cutscenes). All zone-related events have an id of 2147483632 and the en field will be the name of the zone. You will find this keyvalue pair at the very end of the dump, including the dump that I provided above.

I think having detailed information dumps like these around is very valuable. Back when I was actively coding stuff for the project I ended up burning out gathering information for things. Doing the actual coding did not take me very long, but gathering the necessary information took a very long time.

I'm sure gathering all of this information is very time consuming, but it is extremely valuable for development. More broad availability of specs like this would probably get me interested in contributing regularly again. Most of the stuff that has info readily available is already coded - and that's probably part of why. I know the wiki has some ID dumps, but putting together the order and pairing them to missions like you did here is the hard part; especially for newer missions where the community wikis are often extremely lacking in detail and available videos / transcripts. I didn't have the time to guess and check or do a full run of retail and capture.

Other painful areas for me were -
-For BCNMs that weren't added yet - which mob ids were the right ones for that BCNM. Many mobs appear in numerous un-coded BCNMs (like prime avatars, for example)
-For un-coded spells & abilities, animation IDs were a pain for me - i'd always have to ask kj on my PR when I was done. Things like AltanaViewer had grown stale and did not include many newer ids

If we have this kind of info around but not yet coded, it would be nice to see it make it into the wiki. It seems like we should try to approach things in logical order though. Do we have something like this for the remaining ToAU missions?

If specs are lying around readily available, I would probably find some time here and there to code again I had fun writing code for the project but I'm always so lacking in free time that it wasn't sustainable very long given the burden of acquiring good info.
